LEED AP BD+C - LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an ecology-oriented building certification program run under the auspices of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED certified buildings save money, improve efficiency, lower carbon emissions and create healthier places for people. They are a critical part of addressing climate change and meeting ESG goals, enhancing resilience, and supporting more equitable communities.
The highest LEED certification is LEED AP BD+C, an accredited professional advanced credential for LEED experts knowledgeable about the LEED for Building Design and Construction rating system and certification process, applicable to new construction and renovations of Homes, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, Data Centers, Warehouses & Distribution Centers and Healthcare.
To achieve LEED certification, a project earns points by adhering to prerequisites and credits that address carbon, energy, water, waste, transportation, materials, health and indoor environmental quality. Projects go through a verification and review process
Intn'l AIA - International members of the AIA (American Institute of Architects) for architects licensed outside the U.S. Rejane was originally licensed as an Architect and Urbanist in Brazil in 1985.

Aside from managing all of Studio RBL's projects, Roberto leads zoning and development research, finances, and customer service.
Roberto is a software engineer by trade but found a passion for real estate. He and his wife, Rejane, have successfully flipped over a dozen homes and run a small real estate investment company.
In addition to his work for Studio RBL, Roberto and his son manage Amagus Enterprises, an e-commerce company that specializes in creating, developing, and selling e-commerce products and brands through online marketplace partners, especially Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon).

Emily Leao
Design Assistant
Emily studied Communications at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. After graduating she worked at an upscale furniture store where she was quickly promoted to manager due to her eye for design, leadership skills, and personable attitude. When she realized her true passion was design, she enrolled at The Interior Design Institute where, in 2020, she received her degree.
Aside from her role as a design assistant at Studio RBL, Emily works for an interior design firm in Cincinnati, OH as a project manager and design assistant.
Ricardo Leao
Digital Marketing Manager
Ricardo manages all of Studio RBL's digital marketing. In addition to his work at Studio RBL, Ricardo studies Strategic Communications and Humanities at Northern Arizona University, works for the university's digital marketing team, and, along with his father, manages Amagus Enterprises, a company specializing in e-commerce through online marketplace partners, especially Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon).
